WHAT I DO AND WHY...
I act as the project manager for homeowners and contractors on a variety of residential projects. Most contractors are excellent at performing the work, but struggle with executing the necessary documentation to safeguard the project. Conversely, some homeowners are capable of handling the paperwork, but lack the construction knowledge required to effectively manage a successful outcome. I am the bridge between these groups. My services reduce misunderstandings and risks, while increasing protections and satisfaction on both ends. Home improvements are large investments which impact both homeowners and contractors on a very personal level --- whether it be their homes or businesses --- therefore, proper management is essential. For a fair and reasonable price, I help everyone avoid costly mistakes and disputes before they start, resulting in a positive experience for all parties.

CONTRACT ADMINSTRATION
Construction requires many technical drawings and specifications to ensure the work is being done exactly as each party envisions. As the work progresses, the completion of and/or changes to these instructions are supported by supplemental documents to protect the significant money and time invested by all parties involved.
QUALITY CONTROL
A project's success depends upon the people, materials and methods affecting the work. This requires verification of credentials, financing, materials data, permits, inspections and installation techniques. Data collection and photo-documentation of the entire work process from beginning to end is fundamental to ensure all steps are performed as agreed.
FUNDS CONTROL
The vast majority of conflicts between owners and contractors involves withheld payments due to disagreements about work requirements and/or safeguards against unpaid subcontractors. By escrowing funds with a qualified attorney and verifying applications for payment, both parties are on equal footing and must perform as agreed.
